so busy!

we made some real greek friends, which means we've been leaping from activity to activity and i haven't had as much time to post.

friend 1: Ioanna the waitress from the Hard Rock Cafe. sam and andrew (and merper when she could) got into music convo with her and we all bonded. so, last night she took us with some of her friends to this crazy little headbangers nightclub which was so dorky and yet awesome. it was like tapping into some international 80's scene with crazy international rock and the crowd full of the retro headbanging greek counterculture. (while we had a hilarious/fabulous time, i think we need to find a place with better music)

friend 2: Elton, aka Tony the baker, who works at our favorite breakfast place. we all have hung out and gotten coffee and were introduced to Goody's, a greek version of mcdonalds.

friend 3: Elias (sp?) the kiosk guy. we chat with him every time we're heading out or back because he's almost always sitting in his little box in the kiosk. from him we buy water and gum and munchies. he is nice and fun and trapped in a box.

so, i feel like this week is going to be absolutely fantastic. people are really fun and we're all going to go to the beach on saturday and.. and.. YAY! everything has become a touch more personal, which was exactly what i wanted. so, can i squeal with yay-ness again? YAY!
